Heading to this year’s Great Yorkshire Show? So are we… 

If you're visiting the Great Yorkshire Show this week, be sure to come and say hello to us on stand 330 at the Gold Gate, where we'll be joined by our colleagues from North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service and the North Yorkshire Combined Authority. 

Visitors to our stand will have the opportunity to meet officers from our dedicated Road Safety Team, who will be on hand to offer advice on keeping our roads safe, and members of our Rural Task Force, who are proudly celebrating their 10th anniversary this year. Since its launch in 2016, the Rural Task Force has played a vital role in tackling rural crime and protecting our farming and countryside communities across North Yorkshire.

Whether you'd like crime prevention advice, information about policing in your community, or simply want to find out more about the work we do, we'd love to see you there.

As well as having a presence on the stand, officers will be deployed across the showground to help ensure the event remains a safe, friendly and crime-free environment for everyone attending.
